Pros

The greatest thing about Alterian are the people that work there. I have worked with a team of very talented, friendly and supportive individuals and have always had support and guidance from the senior management team. The software has great potential. Alterian is constantly evolving, to find a way to get more traction in a difficult market. I have faith that they will succeed.

Cons

Being a small company, there is a need to be flexible in your role. This doesn't suit everybody but if you like to have a varied role and enjoy a challenge, Alterian will be right up your street!

Pros

Nothing. Just that I’ve kept up with a previous colleague and we wanted to post our reviews and save the time for any potential and future talent- to make sure it isn’t wasted and so they can apply it to a company they could have success and happiness with.

Cons

Everything. It’s got the rating it has for a reason. Read the reviews. You will be underpaid, treated like rubbish, and coming to work miserable, daily. They tell you there is work life balance but just like everything else they said, it was a lie.
