MICROMANAGING!! Holy crap, everyone is complaining and tattling on everyone! You cannot trust anyone, even though they want you to think your "like family." They spend so much time appeasing people who complain about pointless crap and forget how hard the employees work. They tell one employee they can't do something, but over look other's who do the exact same things, favoritism is a big problem. They say they don't tolerate gossip, but it happens all the time, and managers punish people who aren't "social" enough. The work load is ridiculous, you're offered a 45 minute lunch break but can't even take a 15 minute break without being slammed the rest of the day. Plus your daily schedule is 9 hours, and you must stay over until everything is done. If you check your cell phone for sec or take too long in the bathroom, someone will complain about you being away from your desk too long, or because you had your phone out. They do a lot to keep morale high, but still spend way too much time policing everyone for trivial things. (They seriously mandate what you can have on your desks....) The health insurance isn't very good. I didn't stay for very long because a better opportunity came along. There are far worse companies out there, but I wouldn't return.
