      Pay is great that is how they get you in the door

      Cons

      everything else was absolutely horrible, worst job I have ever had or experienced in my life. Only lasted a few months as there were constant fights in the office between the owner and staff, owner constantly degrades works it is a very unsafe workplace.

      Hard to find a single pro

      Cons

      Extremely poor understanding of good leadership principles. Terrible communicators who we no expectations verbally, but micromanage small details. Only feedback given is negative in nature. Avoid working with this company as a W2 or a 1099.

      Hostile work environment. Extremely unpleasant staff. VP of Operations in particular should not be working with other people.
