Making you work from home 24*7. With the experience that I have, I had worked with multiple leaderships in my previous to AP organization and the correct one (after I left AP). I made worst decision of my career by joining Alternative Path, thinking that as its a startup up would be getting more opportunities to learn and grow. Below are my reviews
1. The management is worst, as you will be lead by “leads” who will have 2-3 years of experience, that too in the same company, with no outside industry exposure. Working with inexperienced leads who do not know how to manager the team is one of the many downsides.
2. New opportunities and trainings will be given to the favourite people only.
3. There will be no clear communication with the clients by the management. Only the unrealistic commitments
4. They will expect you to be available 24*7
5. No transparency on the HR policies.
6. If asked for help, they will say, no kne helped us out, we figured it out on our own, you will also need to do the same. Ag the time of KT, they will “suggest” you not to transfer everything, as you should maintain some dependency on yourself also. What else could be expected from such inexperienced leads.
7. People do not know how to talk professionally. They will talk to you as if you are a minion working for them in a factory
Its true you will get to work on manh modules that client has, but with wrong set of people working alongside, this could be a dreadful experience in your career.
