Pros
The people who work at this company are great. They are caring, and humorous, and the community is awesome. The organization is flexible with how you set your hours.
Cons
Senior management makes decisions without input/thinking things through. Pay went down a few months back with no warning, and the issue was not fixed for a couple of months. The job is extremely tiring and draining, and management does not seem to be trying to make the job easier, only harder. Remote work was an option and then all of a sudden there were many barriers to doing remote work.
