      free cable benefits if you live within the cable footprint, good benefits, no forced ot

      Cons

      management is horrible and expects perfection while changing the procedures all the time, management is gone in a few years and does the exact same thing as previous management and pay per hour, company will probably go under and be sold off because of so much debt

      - BIG delay (3weeks or more) for background checks - Slow response, they make you fill a background check form to then start asking for additional information via email - They make you sign an offer to then have a veryyy long background check process when you were told it was going to take 1 week. PEOPLE have bills to pay, you can't make then resign a previous job to then accepts an offer that has a veryyy long wait.
