      Small company culture meant rapid skill development across technical areas, collaboration, and leadership opportunities.

      Cons

      This company would not be a good fit for someone who isn't excited about learning on the job and keeping up with fast pace development.

      Pros

      Good location in downtown SLC, with a great mountain view.

      Cons

      Super toxic culture and weak leadership. They mostly hire young engineers but expect you to perform like seasoned experts. There’s no real technical leadership, yet they push for fast solutions to complex, real-world problems. The tasks are extremely challenging, and honestly, it felt like a nightmare during my time there.
