      No Toxic Colleagues, Generally everyone is goals-driven and quite helpful to new advisors and overall a lot of learning experience from seniors and peers to grow in the industry.

      Welcome to the Rejection Business, if you are used to cold calling or facing rejections, this is the industry where you will get 95/100 rejections everyday. However tough, it is still rewarding in a way knowing that you have provided a form of financial advise and service to a client who might not have the time or idea with planning their own finances.
