Pros

I honestly don’t know of any.

Cons

After several long interviews, I was offered a job with altitude business group. They seemed really awesome and down to earth, so I trusted them when they urged me to “take a leap” and trust them, trust the process etc. they knew I was in financial trouble and that I had another job opportunity but they persuaded me to decline it and sign on with them, which is what I ended up doing, despite the fact that it’s unpaid training, no base salary, and you are responsible for paying hundreds of dollars for your test and fingerprints etc. once I agreed to work there it was like a switch had flipped. I had three people calling me to “help me out and give me information” all of whom gave me conflicting instruction and would call back later on to ask me things that I had no idea what they were talking about. They would tell me the information was in an email they’d allegedly sent me, but I’d gotten no emails from them, not even in my spam folder. I called them multiple times trying to get everything sorted and figured out, and I was studying for days to take the test you have to take. One of the ladies called me and told me to sign up and pay for the test ASAP, and then an hour later, Rob Alkema called me to tell me that they were going to part ways with me because of “red flags” that they’d seen in me, which he couldn’t specify. I tried for about ten minutes to convince him that I was worthy of the job and that I’d always been in the top sales groups in my previous jobs, and that I’d been studying for days, but he wouldn’t hear of it. So I was out $65 for paying for the test, and I was screwed out of my job. The whole thing was poorly managed, miscommunications everywhere because they had three separate people not talking to each other and giving me different instructions. I have never ever in my career dealt with such an unprofessional company that offered no help in my on-boarding process, and then fired me before I got the chance to prove my worth. The worst part is that they knew I’d had another offer, and they convinced me to turn it down. So I was left pretty screwed. I would not risk it, if you’re in a situation where you need a job because you need to pay any bills. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Pros

You are on your own.

Cons

Be cautious signing up for this job. If you have even the slightest doubt that this is a good fit then do not do it. You will spend your time talking and thinking about cancer and other horrible topics with people who are busy trying to work. You have to really live and breathe being a salesperson. If you realize too late that this isn't right for you then you will owe them over $500 for the "classes" and such. Overall you leave in worse shape than you started. This could really cause a hardship so just be careful going into this.
