Pros

- get to participate in high profile client projects early without layers of politics - values my opinions, values employee impact and personal craft - fast onboarding and on the job training in UIUX methodologies and training in industry best practices - fun monthly team outings - unlimited profit share is set by employee and team contribution and not by founders. - biweekly management lunch sharings on management skills guiding employees to learn about client expectations.

Cons

- requires you to be intrapreneurial within the firm. This may not be eat everyone prefers. But rewards are rewarded for those who excel in the best craft.
