Pros

For the most part, a fun work atmosphere...

Cons

Working as a general manager and seeing the build out process and going through the "training" that you get from corporate, it was pretty apparent that the franchise didn't have much clue as to what they were doing. I guess that's what happens when the whole company is run by family and their friends, rather than experienced professionals. The parks are fun, the idea is great and there is much potential there, but working with them and the park owners was a total nightmare. I don't even know where to begin in explaining the incompetence, as there are too many instances to describe, but it was extremely frustrating to say the least. Also, there are NO benefits offered.

Pros

Fun to junp on trampolines

Cons

This company has no HR department and no legal department that is independent of their operations upper management team. Poor decision making with no focus on ethics or integrity. From the CEO down this company lies to their employees and franchisees alike.

Pros

This is an easy job.

Cons

As a former first-hire employee, being there since before it was open to the public, I can say with confidence that this trampoline park has lost all integrity. The managers should be ashamed of themselves for how they actually run this park. They sit in the office all day and don't really care about what's going on in the park. If you're not friends with the managers, there's no opportunity to move up within the company either. It took me a fair bit of time to get promoted to Team Lead, and even with that promotion, I was not respected nor treated like a Team Lead. This place is plagued with nepotism and feels like a high school clique more than anything. There used to be a court monitor at every station in the park, now that number has dwindled significantly. Often times one person is watching two stations at once, which is unacceptable. Not to mention that the staff rarely enforces the rules anymore which is a direct result of the management not taking things seriously. The cleanliness of this park is an embarrassment. Foam pits are not regularly cleaned and the foam that's in it has been in there since the place opened (2018!). The only time it's changed is when a jumper defecates in it. Apart from this, many of the pads need to be replaced as they are dirty, and most of them are held together with duct tape. Most of the trampolines are dirty and are NEVER cleaned!
