- Toxic finance team culture due to poor and incompetent finance leadership management. - Bullying and racism is rampant, not to mention high finance staff turnover. - Management plays the blame game, where shouting at other staff members, threatening to fire staff and threatening to ruin staff's reputation occurs on a frequent basis. They spend hours during work time engaging in malicious and false gossip about other staff members, then claim to senior management that they are overworked. - Extremely unprofessional behaviour is unfortunately ignored by senior management and HR. - There is a complete lack of corporate governance; people are promoted based on personal relationships rather than merit. - Please avoid working here at all costs if you do not want to be emotionally traumatised by the experience of working in the Finance team.
