Pros

Get to work with very smart young folks. Team values and welcomes opinion and ideas regardless of seniority. They are building an excellent solution against counterfeit drugs providing track and trace of drugs - get to learn a lot on pharma supply chain and on regulatory landscape.

Cons

Workload may spike occasionally given its a startup.

Pros

1. I left this organisation. 2. Town Hall meeting about Glassdoor reviews instead of TECH issues. 3. One of the two founders gives valuable suggestions to be successful in the organisation, e.g, your face should be approved by the Tech Lead, otherwise you will fail in your entire life. 4. Great learning experience by HR, teaching you how to give 5-star reviews for the company on Glassdoor (yes, you will learn how to fill out forms ). 5. Join this organisation if you need urgent money, not a full-time role for years (because u can't survive here)

Cons

If you are reading this and still choose to join No employee is positive (sry, except People building Altiushub in LinkedIn) People who building altiushub(in LinkedIn) don't know coding but yell at developers like a top-class tech girl.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. At AltiusHub, we take all feedback seriously, including the tough ones, and believe in responding with honesty and context. “I left this organisation.” To clarify, following our annual performance reviews in March, a standard process at most organizations, we made some difficult decisions to part ways with a few team members. Sometimes, misalignment in values, attitude, or ownership happens, and it’s in the best interest of both parties to move forward. “Town Hall meeting about Glassdoor reviews instead of TECH issues.” We're a fast-growing product startup building in a highly regulated and technically complex space. Daily stand-ups, deep-dive tech syncs, and design reviews are part of our normal workflow. Town halls, by design, are for broader team-wide discussions, including culture, goals, values, and, yes, even Glassdoor reviews. We chose to bring this up because we believe in talking about uncomfortable things openly, instead of brushing them under the rug. “Your face should be approved by the Tech Lead…” That’s not true, and it’s also not who we are. We’re a diverse and inclusive team, with members from different backgrounds, geographies, and levels of experience. Performance and growth here are driven by curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn, not by appearance. We do expect mutual respect across all levels, founders included, and we actively coach and mentor teammates to help them succeed, especially those in early-career roles. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to merit over metrics that don’t matter. “HR teaches you how to give 5-star reviews.” We’re glad you brought this up, because yes, we do conduct quarterly anonymous surveys to gather internal feedback and improve the way we work. That’s a basic hygiene practice in most startups and mature companies alike. If this was your first experience working in a structured company setting, we understand how this might have seemed new or unexpected. But to clarify: we don’t ask anyone to write public reviews or influence what they say. Sharing feedback, here or internally, is entirely voluntary and anonymous. As for Glassdoor reviews: anyone is free to share their experiences here, positively or negatively. We don’t influence or incentivize that in any way, and neither does Glassdoor allow it. “Join this organisation if you need urgent money…” We understand that this experience didn’t work out for you. But startups aren’t one-size-fits-all, and that’s okay. Some people thrive in ambiguity, pace, and high ownership environments. Others prefer a different setup, both are valid choices. But making broad statements like “you can’t survive here” does a disservice to the many amazing ex-teammates of yours who are not only surviving but shining at AltiusHub. “No employee is positive except those building AltiusHub on LinkedIn.” Well, the people building AltiusHub are our employees. And yes, many of them share their journey on LinkedIn because they're proud of what we're building, not because we ask them to. We encourage authenticity over marketing, and every post reflects an individual's voice, not a directive. “People don’t know coding but yell at developers…” Startups are collaborative by nature. Engineering, product, design, and business teams work together. And yes, that includes challenging each other, asking hard questions, and pushing for better outcomes. That’s not yelling, that’s collaborative building. And no one is above feedback at AltiusHub, not even the founders. “They will just say ‘noted’...” We do say “noted”, and we mean it. We’re not perfect (no team is), but we have always followed up on promises, implemented change based feedback, and stayed transparent even when things are tough. This response itself is an example of that. We didn’t have to reply, but we chose to, because we believe people deserve context. We won’t claim to be the perfect place for everyone, and frankly, no startup is. But for those who value clarity, accountability, and the chance to build something that matters, AltiusHub will continue to provide real ownership, strong peers, and a culture of continuous learning. With candor and respect, Folks Building AltiusHub
