      Fast paced environment with lots of responsibility

      Pros

      Building a product in a very niche market. Even junior developers are given a lot of responsibility. Expectations are high, and that is a good thing. I also like that things are very transparent and career progression is merit driven. I became more disciplined after joining this company as timings and deadlines are strict. Management also gives a lot of information on business side of things. I like this as I get a holistic picture about the business. The office is a coworking space and is comfortable.

      Cons

      Management gives too many chances to low performers to improve. Also, management tolerates people who are not exactly 'loyal' to the company.
