Has fostered a really good and supportive company culture,the management is really supportive and understanding when you keep your communication channels open , know this firsthand due to how supportive they were when handling both work responsibilities I had and the commitments I had and a part time undergrad student .
Plenty of opportunities for growth and usage of latest technologies.
Cons
Work can get intense due to the nature of the clients and can get hectic but you can always communicate and come to a resolution
