      Pros

      Up until the last 2 years we've had awesome insurance and benifits. strong leadership and strong teams in every department working together, no not always perfect but it was a place people wanted to come and work at.

      Cons

      the last 2 years they've changed the insurance and benefits, they've changed the management out bringing in new management making changes way too fast especially when they do not know the product.

      Decent pay and Holidays off.

      Cons

      The Operations Manager is an absolute lunatic. He plays favorites with hourly employees and plays games with peoples minds. Lies consistently about everything amd even the upper management and ownership have her is aliar but yet he is still there. Some supervisors get away with doing the bare minimum or nothing while others are never given a break.
