Pros
Love the type of work, many improvements made over the last year. ISO on the way. Not much more to be said.
Cons
Pay pratices. No raise after probation, no night differential, new position same pay rate , unqualified people with less time coming in and getting paid hundreds more for doing less. Many conversations on the subject with management, no change after two years. Presently no future here.
