Nearly 20 years of dedication – but driven out for standing up for safety and fairness
Pros
Specialized product portfolio with interesting applications (creatine, nitroguanidine, etc.) Early years were marked by a strong team spirit and a healthy corporate culture Opportunities for professional development used to exist for dedicated employees
Cons
Since going public, the company’s values have drastically shifted toward short-term profit at the expense of people and quality Qualified professionals are leaving in large numbers, and their positions are increasingly being filled by temporary workers Remaining staff are under constant pressure, as they must monitor and correct the work of undertrained temps, causing overload and frustration Constructive criticism is not welcomed – I was systematically bullied and pushed out because I advocated for safety, environmental protection, and fair treatment of employees Even the works council failed to intervene in such cases, and often seemed to support management’s stance Recruitment bonuses are offered to employees for bringing in new hires – a sign that the company is struggling to attract talent due to its poor internal reputation Workplace atmosphere has become tense and fearful; loyalty and long-term experience are no longer valued
