Impersonal upper management who seem not to care about those underneath them

Pros

Ability to work remotely, great Encompass administrator (one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with), & wide variety of programs available.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t take the time to get to know their employees, who they are or what their strengths are, & feels as if laying off most of those left in one particular division via email was a good idea. (3 hrs notice & your computer access will be turned off).

Too Many to List. They are a good ole boys club and if you don't suck up to the right people then you will suffer there.
