Pros
If you want to get tortured, Please join the company. Worst work culture. No one has knowledge, how to do team work. Donkey work is appreciated.
Cons
Worst management. Every-time MD and Team Lead(So called Manager) is shouting on you. No knowledge to Managers(Terrible) and especially Rude MD(who doesn't have idea what he wants and what not).

No good points to comment, Apart from SAP you get the experience of all inhouse products.
Cons
Big fraud company No FNF done for me HR is sweet spoken but knowledge is zero. The Managment is in UK no idea what is going in Pune office.
