Pros

You learn how to make subtitles. Don't make a living out of it, it's impossible. Too much work, and very low wages.

Cons

There is nobody at the end. You always get the same messages. Low wages.

-Team leaders are very eager to help. -Flexible working hours; you work as much or as little as you want. -Projects help me learn new things.

Cons

-Pay can be a little low -There isn't always projects to work on, there is a lot of down-time between projects
