The team leader (hiring manager) is toxic, manipulative and does not know how to manage his staff. He lacks trust, empathy and social skills. He doesn't respect any of his employees and only cares about money!

Thank you so much for your feedback. As in my response to your first post, I fully understand that as the owner, and medical director, I am nothing without my team. I'm sorry that you had this experience with us.
Since the time that you spent with us, as of early 2021, I have hired a new HR manager and consulting team to help build an amazing culture here. We are intentionally focused on helping each member of our team grow in their career. Employees are respected, are not micro managed, and given space to use their own talents to help our patients.
I worked at Amari Health for a little over 2 years now and I must say it’s been a great experience so far. Do I disagree at times with my boss of course who doesn’t. But one thing I like about here is there’s an open door policy where if something is bothering you SJ the business owner is always there to listen, will help you out and be there for you, not only as a boss but as a friend. I must say working with SJ ,Dr.Shah plus the whole team it’s like being with family. I love how we all work together as a team to get things done. If it wasn’t for SJ seeing how much potential I have I wouldn’t be where I am today. He pushed me to be a better version of myself and continues to push me everyday. I never had a boss who wants to see me do better and get somewhere in life. I honestly can’t wait to see how much more I accomplish here and learn.
The doctor is amazing and really cares about the patients.
Cons
Toxic leadership coming directly from team leader (hiring manager). He manipulates and treats staff members with no respect or trust. He is constantly paranoid and doesn’t trust anyone.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As the owner, and medical director, I understand that I am nothing without my team. As a Doctor, I do have to hire a manager to run my office, and I understand that you didn't appreciate the leadership of the manager that I had in place in 2019.
Please know that since early 2020, we have replaced this position with someone who is trusting of our team, and is focused on supporting the growth of each of our team members. We now have an amazing growth environment, and a great corporate culture.
