Pros
Good if you like a job that has a base pay that doesn’t keep up with cost of living at all. The job SOLEY relies on sales and hoping people want a phone. The zoom meetings were helpful.
Cons
Management was sexist, and misogynistic. I got told I needed to wear even more make up, and saw girls constantly getting harassed by their supervisor. There’s little room for growth. You were encouraged to work off the clock to make sales.
