Pros

New Company. Un Capped bonus potential. Stock options. Did not have the usual big pharma mentality. The company has the ability to make changes quickly due to it's small size.

Cons

Low starting salary at the time. Only one product to sell in 2013 - Vascepa. Large territories. No company cars so you put a lot of miles on your personal car.

Possible big payout when company is purchased. If the drug trials come out as hoped the company will be sold immediately so if you have stock you can make a lot of money.

Cons

Culture of fear. Let people go with no reason given nor any discussion or warning. New management decides people are gone on whims. Most of the employees are fearful for their jobs.
