Within the company, we had many coworkers quitting without someone with enough seniority to fill in, they tried to hire new people but very often those had little experience. We had no problem with that but that happened very often, It made me felt like something wrong was going on, like management didn't care about the team stability and I found myself with no-one to talk with about technical troubles.
It was very hard to talk about salaries, I tried to reach my manager a few times asking for a raise, and it just didn't work. When leaving the company they said I should have tried to talk about that topic more times.
I felt my salary was low compared to my coworkers, even though I was performing equally since I started working there.
Sometimes we felt the company just left us alone while working for our customers, as consultors that's normal but within our team, we had to deal internally with unskilled coworkers, tech leads without actual leadership experience, applying scrum framework incorrectly, many deadlines, and low-quality work output.
