as per my opinion there is no any good reason to mention here...
Cons
1. 3 directors here - all of them play different role and disturbed IT Team 2. No technical/PM available 3. All projects are failingdue to lack of resources, no healthy environment for working 4. all members are fresher and work pressure very high 5. Firing IT employee very fast , in last 3 months around 5 person were fired without any solid reason. 6. High level ploitics 7. Minimum salary increment. 8... at last , plz ignore this company, because i was a member and faced many problems here... plz be aware...
