      Pros

      Generally a positive work experience. There is a good team first attitude through most of the organization. A good work/personal life balance can be managed. Good opportunity to take ownership and show leadership.

      Cons

      large investment in expansion has made facilities and lack of documented processes a hindrance to efficiency. More visible leadership from upper management is needed to show investment in intelligently growing organization through process management, internal tools, network, etc. Too much is left to individual teams to "figure it out".

      Pros

      I have worked at Amazing Charts in several different roles over the past five years, and every year, things get better. Managers provide oversight while allowing you to pursue projects you're interested in, the people who work here are super fun and great at their jobs, and most of management and HR is super flexible with vacation time, benefits and more. This place has really worked for me and my life and goals!

      Cons

      As the company grows, it continues to change, adding more bureaucracy. It makes sense, but it's not always fun.

      Sinking ship - OLD software

      Pros

      Work from home. Worked with some great people.

      Cons

      Software is ancient and there is no plan to fix it. Customer attrition is through the roof. Customers constantly complain about lack of modern features, look of the product, lack of remote connectivity, etc. Upper management changes so fast you can barely learn their names. Layoffs.
