Management definitely has their "favorites" who they treat much better than everyone else Unprofessional attitudes from MANY of the employees in the office and in the field Constantly have to push for a raise Unorganized company No communication from upper management, things are often just sprung on the employees and they are expected to figure it out Company rapidly went down hill after trying to expand too quickly
