Pros
There is not any benefit to work in amazon warehouse.
Cons
1. worst work culture 2. they only care about their customer but never ever think about employee who satisfy their customer. 3. Operation managers do not have any knowledge about operation. They got selected from reference or something. 4. They dont give break even id doing long shifts unless they finish their task, which is illegal. 5. No matter how long your shift is 6 hours or 16 hours, you will get only one unpaid 30 minutes break. They wont care even someone die. there are a lot more cons.
