Pros

AMBA has a great nche and phenomenal approach to reaching a segment of the market, retired or active teachers. 75% commission on Life and Cancer, 35% on LTC

Cons

You are a Captive Agent 1099 employee; however, management acting as if you are a salaried employee Zero Compensation during Fast Start Training although you will be using your own finances for gas, ride alongs with your Manager 98% of the leads are NOT HOT Leads, as written in the letter sent to your home if you are being recruited- a HOT lead is not doing reverse address look up to find a phone number to someone who may or may not be an educator District Managers who are incompetent, overbooked, and oversceduled but then trying to train you at the same time. Be prepared for calls an text messages at 9pm, 10pm at night You do not receive business cards until you sold at least 7500 worth of premium but your Manager want you to go door knocking WITHOUT a badge or business cards
