Run Away - The Company is in the process of Crash & Burn

Pros

They chip-in $5 per day towards the cost of your delivered lunch. Good rates on medical insurance. Terrible PTO policy of 2 weeks.

Cons

Stock down 50% since December. The company will go broke well before your 1 year mark so you will never see one penny of stock options. The place is a revolving door.
