Poor management and team culture. Management lacks trust in itself and its employees, no visibility (employees never know what is going on), poor communication skills, micromanaging, Ceo good at choosing favourites No benefits, low pay, long hours. Difficult to negotiate title change or pay raise

slow progress, bad management but if you suck up to the ceo and wear fancy heels everyday then you get a good raise and title with no experience. management does not respect employees.
