      Definitely not a company to build a career in.

      Achievable KPI's, good middle-tier managers.

      Cons

      Not a great pay structure and no room to grow in the company, especially if you are in OOH department they will never promote you because its a difficult position to fill.

      only one shift a month ...Treated like Dirt by co-ordinators Based in South Africa covering shifts in Nottingham ? No wonder it all goes wrong
