Pros

There used to be pros but not now

Cons

The place has had high turnover which is fair enough but now they are in panic mode. The MD is temporary and trying to salvage together a business and due to the inability to attract new staff/management they have promoted a dinosaur of a team manager to AD. Worst choice ever and quite sad because they think they are good hence the promotion but really it's because there is no one else. They have never worked in any other agency before and are so blind to how other agencies operate that they rule with an old school iron fist and micromanagement. They have about as much innovation as Blockbuster and we all know how that ended. Also don't believe the good reviews on here, not from recent times anyway. We were all told to write positive reviews on here - no company that is performing well does that and has a great culture does that

Pros

The consultants are genuinely nice and good people but everyone is absolutely miserable there so no form of culture.

Cons

There is absolutely no good management whatsoever, managers are either fired or leave at an alarming rate, consultants are literally fending for themselves. There are barely any senior consultants left, all the good ones with any sense have left. Turnover in recruitment is always high but ambition is on another level, everyone there is miserable but a lot of people are trapped with visas. Ambition is literally on 2 panels now and a shocking amount of company’s won’t work with them for a number of reasons so you will fight for every single role you work on. You can’t treat clients so good luck trying to win business. Absolutely no flexibility to work from home AT ALL. Different teams barely even talk to each other and the office is basically in silence all day. The CEO doesn’t have a clue and has ridiculous and out dated views of recruitment. I would recommend that everybody run a mile, unless you want to dread going to work every day.
