Pros

The people are extremely lovely and supportive. Not terrible pay given how little work there is to do, and that it is very easy.

Cons

It is basically completely remote - there is almost zero office culture. Teams can be spread around geographically and you may barely meet you team members in person. The work is not intellectually stimulating, and becomes very repetitive. There are limited opportunities to develop your skill set. There are long periods where there is almost nothing to do. Most associates seem to have this problem in Spring/Summer - you could have essentially 2/3 hours worth of work a week.
