Everything else, old ambulances with over 500k miles on chassis, AC in ambulance barely keeps up in summer, workers exploited and overworked when other crews call off

Good pay for the job.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t care about employee safety. They will run 24 hr crews non stop , and if you refuse a call based on safety ie too tired to drive you must clock out and lose mileage bonus
