Do not listen to their employees at all. They only care about statistics and think upper management knows it all. Give you excessivly high expectations with no tools to work with. Delaying action until the matter becomes critical and is too far out to be fixed.
You can not make any maintenance purchases which slows up make ready progress but they want the apartments leased! They do not know what they are doing. Look up the reviews.
