Pros
You get a paycheck, co workers are some really good people. It's a shame that most of them leave so soon after seeing what things are really like here. It's a resume builder and shows if you didn't go crazy here and get fired for telling dispatch off you can survive any sort of drama at an employer.
Cons
Weak supervisors. Lots of threats. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Dispatch is HORRIBLE! If you're friends with the dispatcher you won't run any calls. And if they don't like you for whatever reason, you will run nonstop.
