      I`d say the location is ok, good hardware, some of the colleagues were very nice, nice projects, ok-ish salaries

      Cons

      I don`t recommend the company, there are people who stand in key positions such as managers or directors who are complitely non-collaborative, very narrow-minded and offer you no flexibility in implementing your own development ideas. There is a constantly feeling that each move you make is followed, there`s no transparency, the communication is very bad and it`s alarming that some of the best devs left. There are no growing opportunitie, bad organization chart, no vision and corporate-wanna-be attitude but with no solid ground. Everyone in key positions is friend, wife or relative anyway

      Individuals whom are talented and lovely people (before they eventually leave) Convenient office location in Bristol Modern offices

      Cons

      Toxic culture Poor Senior Management who refuse to acknowledge problems, and openly talk badly about colleagues who leave because issues are never resolved High turnover No performance reviews and pay rises decided on performance reviews but performance reviews never carried out thus no pay rises Alienated by SMT if don't get involved with after work drinks/regular office parties which get out of hand Lack of processes to escalate issues No training No sick pay No benefits
