We are incredibly proud of our team, and the friendly work culture is one of the reasons our employees tell us why they love working here! You are right about the tight deadlines, which are often unavoidable in our industry. We are indeed very fast-paced and this is definitely not for everyone. We are also sorry to hear about your experience of being kept in the dark. We have always strived to provide relevant and timely updates to our team members via our channels (virtual townhalls, morning meetings, online collaboration tools etc) and we will continue to work hard to improve in this area. Lastly, while we encourage our employees to provide their feedback about working here, whether through our internal channels or on platforms like Glassdoor, we do not specify what they should write.
