      the former team was reasonable, and open communication WAS practiced.

      with the new management, you walk on eggshells condescending hostile environment cannot keep their promises to keep the employees, started firing employees one by one. Micromanagement The real definition of BOSS The Lady in Supply Chain is such a Pain in the A!$% too much talk but no brain cells.
