Pros

Scope to learn web and mobile Technology

Cons

- Inequality everywhere - Hard workers are stressed and Lazy people are awarded - Don't expect work life balance - There are few people who expect unreasonable respect from team like the entire team need to stand up and wish on visit to office. Management don't dare to question such people. - People with company for very long time at all levels, enjoy lot of flexibility which impacts the productivity. None cares about it. - Top level management is anxious about retaining the employees due to high attrition and does not care about behaviour of the technical resources. Project Managers struggle with getting the job done from those technical resources - Company celebrates and adjusts with whatever an employee does, if it needs the employee. And throws the employee out when it does not need. - Onsite opportunity is very rare - HR make their own poor policies - No adherence to Industry standards - No Final settlement documents - No adjustment of leaves to notice period - No encashment of leave - No leave carry over - Unproductive 1/2 working Saturday for less than 2 years - Employees treated badly after submitting papers. Will not receive proper response from HR for queries - Management and HR does not support completely in Visa process. Employee has to work on getting referrals and follow up with HR continuously - No dedicated unbiased HR to hear people concerns. - Managers and Project Leads could never take leaves/disturbance free leaves. Resources could take leaves as and when required and none could stop them - Project Managers penalised for any issue with the project which is not under the purview of Project Managers - No transparency from top management with Project Managers - Micro management at every level - CEO removed coffee dispenser just because it is costly - CEO not ready to hear/understand people's concerns - CEO assumes that CTC is the only reason for people quitting - If you have a shrewd mind and mouth to play with politics, you could thrive or else life will be miserable

Pros

CEO was easily approachable but lately he got additional layer in between

Cons

-Gives more preference to long term employees -Senior Management encourages gossips -HR team is not fit for their jobs, they are good only as event managers -Most of the project managers are from same college and they won't allow other project managers to grow further within the company -Forget about work life balance once you join this company -Leave policy is another extreme, you can't club sick and casual leaves, if you take sick leave even a day then you have to provide a prescription to get your sick leave approved

Pros

Schaumburg office is in a good location near woodfield mall and surrounding areas.

Cons

Don’t let the fake reviews fool you! One of the worst companies to work for. Many of the positive reviews are fake here and they forced or incentivized employees to give positive reviews. The digital team mainly grouped in Schaumburg is lead by toxic folks and only only those that like toxic, dog eat dog, lying, cheating, messing with paychecks, fake, disorganized, people throwing others under the bus type working environments will like it here. VP of digital is unpredictable and unorganized and will over micro manage every project and task that will make employees hate their job and cause more problems for the clients. Expect late evening calls, expect the vp to ask you on Friday to hand him a presentation by Monday and many times even the next day. Very disorganized unstructured company that often lies to clients and even say they own certain tools and software even though they clearly don’t. People Are overworked and underpaid, non competitive and below market benefits. I gave a one star because the Schaumburg office is a good location near woodfield mall. This company clearly does not care for employees or clients. I would only join if I was like a college grad or student desperate for experience. SEO team lead doesn’t know much about SEO and might have some mental issues. It’s probably better to work at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks then this place as you will probably know what you’re getting with good benefits and decent free coffee too.
