      Pros

      Employees are given autonomy, encouraged to self-direct and grow their skills. For people with initiative and a good work ethic it is an environment where you can thrive. I have seen many people enter the company in entry level roles and progress all the way to upper management.

      Cons

      I will admit that some processes could be improved or streamlined.
