Production management lacks professionalism in the area of job site information details to effectively have leads making good progress on the work that's needing to be done therefore time frames and dead lines are always an issue causing excessive overtime and with oncall does not have all techs having needed capabilities with some of the data programs needed for a lot of the calls that come in from customers having trouble with their security panels. Causing chain reactions to getting help to that customer and wasting a lot of people's time having to call them back and track down other techs for their help or to do the actual work them. One big and main issue was if there was any dissatisfaction from the production manager about anything it came in the form of threats to ones job and working ever again for the company by direct and intimidating verbage. Which also translated from the tech to his helper or fellow coworker causing instant friction between them to effectively getting stuff done.
