Pros

I've had a really good time here as a Financial Controller. The work is challenging in a good way, and I feel like I'm making a real difference. The people are super helpful and smart, and everyone works well together.

Cons

The biggest challenge is that things can get pretty hectic because we are a growing company, with tight deadlines, especially when closing the quarter.
