Offsite company meetings were fun.

Cons

The company is filled with a bunch of idiots. Only work here if you have absolutely no other options. Get in, get your experience and get out. They have no resources, everything is more difficult than it should be. Managers are actually dumb people and use controlling behavior to try to mask their stupidity. So, be careful because you will probably do your manager’s job, and you will do other people’s jobs as well. The culture is toxic, lots of gossip and extremely unprofessional behavior.

Extra good comprehensive healthcare coverage.

This company will eventually have no-caring employees. They have zero loyalty to you so understand that you should not have any loyalty to you. Leaving this company after 7 was the best thing I’ve ever done. Trash plus garbage company.
