      Pros

      The work (child welfare) is challenging but it's nice to make a difference. Staff are committed and friendly. Leadership is open to ideas and involves others in decision making. I think they really care about the work and the staff. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the greatest, especially for all of the evening and weekend work. Mileage rate paid is low, but that's a corporate policy.

      Small office, honestly - that's it.

      Cons

      Exec director (described as CEO on Glassdor) is passive/aggressive and nobody is happy unless she is out of the office for the day.
