      - Commission rate was decent - Clean work environment - Training Manager was excellent

      Cons

      - Sold unnecessary services to people experiencing financial hardship, while claiming to help them; unethical. - Sexual harassment in the work place - Managers did not seem to care about anything but call rate and conversions; not people-centric.

      Paid on time. Literally, that was it.

      Cons

      Awful work environment, stuffy. Employees were all relatively unhappy. The company was selling ‘doc prep’ to people who couldn’t afford their student loans (to enroll in IDR). The FCC was investigating, and the business was shut dow .
