Pros

Decent Pay and it stops there.

Cons

They preach culture and all the usual common sense initiatives, but have zero interest in actually making it happen. I spent my time being pitted against another employee who had no clue how to run an operation, but he was part of the “old guard” Lots of drama between leadership and overall was a horrible experience. It’s really laughable how unprofessional and backwards this organization is. They want to be a Manheim or Adesa, but won’t ever happen with current exec structure. If you are ever approached by this company run don’t walk. I was advised not to accept the position by numerous colleagues and I regret not taking the advice.
