      No training, No Benefits. Toxic environment

      Nothing, Perhaps, the only advantage is that my relatives get 40% discount for courses.

      Cons

      They did not provide a training course as promised. There are not any benefits at all, No annual paid leave. Overall toxic environment, Hateful coworkers.

      Pros

      Independance to teach however you like. Really easy to get a job if you're white. No need to try very hard if you're white. Wonderful place to work extra hours if you have extra free time.

      Cons

      Racial discrimination toward those who are not of white skin. Poor management and organization. bad curriculumn. Really just a place to waste the customers money. Lower end of salary especially if you're not white.

      None that I ever experienced.

      Cons

      Being lied to is commonplace. They use the name American Academy, but they’re a recruitment agency. They take half your salary and leave you the other half as though they’re doing you a favor.
